DRUM CIRCLE
Our Method helps you to be aware of your feelings, to know what you really feel at every moment. Don’t be afraid and be able to experience difficult feelings, don’t try to get rid of them, don’t turn away from them, because they will come. Everything comes and goes, and at the moment of its appearance requires attention. The only way.
The human nervous system and musculature are capable of sensing rhythm. For humans, rhythm is LIFE, as the first thing a child hears is the beating of their mother's heart. Rhythm is omnipresent: the pulse, the rhythm of breathing, the ocean waves, in subatomic particles, and the movement of planets... Rhythmic beats are a very powerful sensory stimulus that creates clear and easily perceivable temporal structures in the brain. A musical rhythmic pattern acts as an irritant, stimulating physiological processes in the body. The sound of ethnic drums is mesmerizing and healing. Even the Pythagoreans used drumbeats to "cleanse" people of mental and physical ailments a thousand years before the Common Era.
A number of studies have shown that when listening to drum rhythms, the brain (mind) slows down and enters a state similar to a trance. When playing percussion, it reaches alpha waves - the frequency of emotional-sensory intelligence, presence, and conveys oneself without verbal distortions.

Scientific research has proven that playing drums reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, lowers blood pressure, reduces pain, and helps with social-emotional disorders. To feel the full beneficial effect, it is not enough to listen to the game; you need to drum personally.
Bestselling author of "The Intention Experiment," researcher, and lecturer Lynne McTaggart notes in her book:
"Although many cultures resort to hallucinogenic substances such as ayahuasca, they also use powerful repetitive rhythms or drumming to induce altered states; for example, the indigenous Ojibwa people used drumming, singing, naked dancing, and hot coals. Drumming is particularly effective in creating highly focused attention. A number of studies have shown that listening to drumbeats slows down the brain, bringing it into a trance-like state."
Improvement in Socio-Emotional Disorders: A 2001 study published in the journal "Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine" focuses on how group drumming can affect underprivileged youth whose social and emotional problems are linked to chronic stress. The authors note that "drumming is a non-verbal, universal activity that relies on the collectivist aspect of various cultures and does not carry the stigma of therapy." After 12 weeks of drumming sessions conducted by a school counselor, significant improvements were observed in disorders such as anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. The authors concluded that the results "highlight the potential value of the arts as a therapeutic tool."

To support the immune system and reduce stress: It has been established that drumming strengthens the immune system and reduces the stress experienced by modern society with a 9 to 5 work schedule. In an article published by researchers at Midville Medical Center in 2001, they wrote: "Drumming circles have been part of healing rituals in many cultures around the world since ancient times." The Midville study involved 111 participants (55 men and 56 women). It was found that group drumming leads to an increase in immunity, increased activity of natural killer (NK) cells, and increased activity of lymphokine-activated killer cells. A decrease in the stress hormone cortisol was also observed.
Lowering Blood Pressure: A study on the benefits of playing the djembe, published in 2014 in the journal "Cardiovascular Medicine," showed that drumming can improve cardiovascular health due to the physical nature of playing the instrument, without posing a threat to patients or the elderly. This same study found a significant reduction in stress and anxiety levels among middle-aged and younger drummers.

Pain Reduction: A 2012 study conducted by the Department of Experimental Psychology at Oxford University and published in "Evolutionary Psychology" details how the act of performing music—as opposed to passive listening—raises the pain threshold and influences the release of endorphins. The researchers concluded that "active music-making generates the maximum amount of endorphins, not the music itself."
Transcendental Experience: In a 2014 study conducted by the Department of Cognitive Biology at the University of Vienna, it is written: "The impact of repetitive drumming combined with shamanic journey instructions was associated with physiological and therapeutic effects." Additionally, a "significant reduction" in the stress hormone cortisol was noted. Volunteers who participated in repetitive drumming combined with shamanic instructions reported experiencing "heaviness, reduced heart rate, and visionary experiences."
Increase in white matter in the brain: A 2014 study on the therapeutic effects of drumming and rhythmic exercises for Huntington's disease patients showed that after two months of sessions, there were improvements in executive function and changes in white matter microstructure.
About our Method
NEUROHITTING
dynamic sound meditation on percussion instruments is a powerful practice for healing the body and mind based on a drum circle.

As wonderful as it is scientific, the instrument we call NEUROHITTING can be briefly described as follows:

Proper goal setting, reinforced by conscious action, inevitably leads to the desired result and improves the quality of life.

In our method, we use certain instruments, rhythms, and sounds to heal the nervous system and create NEW neural connections. This, combined with counseling that literally turns thinking around, translates the subconscious into the conscious, and allows one to go beyond the boundaries of homeostasis. It allows you to easily, almost effortlessly, achieve any goals and significantly improve the quality of life. This technique allows you to quickly experience any complex psycho-emotional states, cope with any tasks more easily. It provides inner stability (read "healthy self-esteem") in a rapidly changing world, relieves anxiety. You become the Creator of your life, not a slave to the subconscious, driven by fear. You gain Trust! Your desires come true by themselves.

You will play percussion instruments with us, maintaining certain mental settings that we discuss at the beginning of the practice, thus directly working with the subconscious - removing unconscious limitations that prevent you from living happily.

Of course, the method works much deeper and more complex than it can be described in a few words, as it is related to the neurophysiological processes of the brain when playing percussion instruments and the presence of the true Spirit, which does not need explanation.

Our Method is aimed at returning to feelings and reconnecting with the true "Self." It is based on dynamic sound meditation using percussion instruments, allowing us to work with the subconscious and eliminate unconscious limitations and false self-perceptions.

The main aspects of the method are:

  1. Feelings and Mind: The mind cannot feel; it only registers and explains feelings, often distorting them based on past experiences. This leads to losing the ability to clearly recognize true feelings.
  2. Sensory Link-Cycles: Primary feelings often come "dirty," linked with secondary feelings generated by the mind. This causes suffering and fear of action, creating a vicious cycle of events.
  3. Problem-Solving: Problems cannot be solved at the level at which they arose. It is necessary to return to feelings, not mental conclusions. Only in this way can one stop being a "battery for the matrix" and become aware of true feelings.
  4. Playing Percussion: When playing rhythms, the human brain enters alpha waves, the frequency of emotional and sensory intelligence, allowing one to express themselves without distortions.

Our Method helps unpack and return oneself to oneself, reclaiming true feelings, providing internal stability, and alleviating anxiety caused by incorrect interpretations of attitudes towards events, oneself, and the world.

This is not just "playing the drums". It is important to play specifically with me. As the author of the Method, I pass on my integrated experience directly to you during the process. I know what I am playing, what it is about, and why exactly this way! I pass on to you living knowledge, a living spirit. It will not work otherwise.

What is our Method about?
Our lives are defined by feelings.
The conceptual mind and the sensory plane are non-intersecting planes.
The mind cannot feel; it is a tool - a recorder. It explains feelings, draws conclusions. These conclusions are built on past experiences, mostly negative, endowing primary feelings with secondary conclusions, leading to the experience of secondary feelings, thereby creating a distorted reality. For example, as a child, you started to get angry, but your mother tells you "you can't be angry, being angry is bad," so in addition to not being able to express yourself, you feel that being YOURSELF is not allowed, and along with this comes a feeling of shame - an exclusively social feeling. And every next time when the emotion of anger comes, you unconsciously instantly turn away from it, and instead of anger, you feel an "empty hole" with shame.
Further, all such primary feelings come "dirty," in conjunction with feelings born of the mind based on conclusions. Over time, we completely lose the ability to clearly recognize our feelings, their purity, and relevance.
It is these sensory link-cycles that make a person suffer, afraid to act, afraid to manifest, "live not their own life," etc. Constantly generating the same circle-cycle of events, from which it is impossible to get out without a clear vision of the picture of what is happening.
The problem is NEVER solved at the level at which it arose! It is necessary to return to feelings, not through explanations, reasoning, and conclusions. This will not work!
Only by understanding oneself on the sensory-emotional level of intelligence and experiencing truly one's own true feelings, it is possible to stop being just a "battery of the matrix." To be aware of your feelings, to know what you really feel at every moment. Not to be afraid to experience heavy feelings, not to try to get rid of them, not to turn away from them, because they exist and will exist. Everything comes and goes, and at the moment of its appearance requires attention. Only this way. PLAYING RHYTHMS, THE HUMAN BRAIN (MIND) ENTERS ALPHA WAVES - THE FREQUENCY OF EMOTIONAL-SENSORY INTELLIGENCE, PRESENCE, AND TRANSMITS ITSELF WITHOUT DISTORTIONS.
Our Method is designed to return to feelings, start unpacking, return yourself to yourself.

A NUMBER OF STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT, BY LISTENING TO DRUM RHYTHMS, THE BRAIN (MIND) SLOWS DOWN, ENTERING A STATE SIMILAR TO A TRANCE.
AND BY PLAYING THE DRUMS, IT REACHES ALPHA WAVES - THE FREQUENCY OF EMOTIONAL-SENSORY INTELLIGENCE, PRESENCE, AND TRANSMITS ITSELF WITHOUT VERBAL DISTORTIONS.
Our Method is designed to return to feelings, start unpacking, and return oneself to oneself.
Why can't I get what I want? What is work with purpose?
I explain how the NEUROHITTING Method works with a goal. It works with absolutely any goal.
Now I will describe an experiment in which I entered with the goal of increasing financial flow.
I play practices, play the tambourine, or any other drum to attract events that will bring me profit. That is, I do not mint coins by playing the tambourine itself, or want them to fall on me from the sky. In practices, I enter a state of open subconsciousness. An emergent state, a state in which "I" is realized as a single whole of the unconscious, subconscious and conscious.
I begin to see my limitations. Either these are generic scenarios - the unconscious, or subconscious limitations and attitudes, of which there are a great many different options. They are with me, they are with absolutely every person. And I can attract, namely attract events for a new goal, but only by understanding the reasons why they CANNOT happen.
Each of us has limiting beliefs and limiting ideas that either completely deprive us of the opportunity to earn money, or allow us to earn only as much as we subconsciously allow ourselves and no more. Our consciousness is only a registration of our subconscious goal. We are at every moment the result of this goal. And if there are programs and settings of limitations in our unconscious and subconscious, arising for completely different reasons - playing out generic scenarios, or many personal ones (childhood traumas, teenage traumas, negative experiences, etc.), then only by understanding the goal, the goal of the PAST, what exactly brings and brings me here, every time, cyclically to this point again and again, in which I cannot get this or that desired in the conscious.
This is exactly how it works. Working with a goal. The goal of the previous one.
First, I deal with my "past" goal, the true goal of the subconscious. What exactly brought me here, the result of what goal I am now in fact. And only by realizing, feeling it for real, seeing what is interfering, I can already build a new goal, and attract events related to the new goal. So, at first, events happen that are designed to realize the previous goal. And usually these events make you go through hard experiences about yourself. Because only through the awareness of false ideas about oneself, through the awareness of fear (what I am afraid to lose, let go, who I am afraid not to become, not to be, or vice versa, who I am trying to become, what other image I am trying to pull on, what is wrong with me, what am I trying to add to myself again and add from the belief that something is wrong with me?) expansion is possible. Events that will correlate with all my experience and all tasks and goals before, in the moment and in the future. Because each of us is the Creator of our reality. For me, this is the absolute truth. I know this from my experience of the deepest insights, revelations and insights.
Yes, you can immediately take steps towards a new goal and, if it works out, then everything is in order, the previous goal is not limiting, you are its result, which is READY to move forward. But if it doesn’t work out, you are spinning in a cycle of events with the same undesirable ending in prolongation, then this is your case. Your task is to sort out the closets of your true purpose.
Drumming itself is healing in every way - it reduces stress, normalizes blood pressure, reduces chronic pain, promotes serotonin release, boosts immunity, etc.
In our NEUROHITTING practice, during drumming in a general circle, we see that our "self-image" in non-verbal communication is a reflection of the "self-image" in society. We recognize our habitual behaviors and reactions - our "template".
In "ordinary" life, we do not see all the subtleties and nuances of our personality, true intentions located at deep levels of our psyche, which are hidden from us but are precisely what guide our lives.
During the drumming circle, we are able to look deeply into our mental processes and discover our "template". See ourselves from the outside. Start acting and reacting in life truly relevant to ourselves. Stop living "by the template".
Become timely, relevant, interesting to ourselves and to the world.
In each subsequent Practice, we delve deeper into ourselves, into our "hidden" feelings and emotions. We increasingly bring our true goals and motives from the hidden, unconscious aspect into conscious knowledge and understanding. We make these goals and motives our own. We make decisions ourselves on how to deal with them. Whether they are relevant to us or not. They no longer have power over us. We become whole, we become сreators.
"Some people go on a dark retreat and sit there for three days in darkness. For me, one practice was enough, and the effect is probably even stronger!"
"That's somehow cooler than simple meditation!"

about Neurohitting practice
"It felt like I was breaking through my armor with this very drum. And it turned out to be quite dense, by the way, because I felt it for quite a long, extended period. After it seemed to me that I had broken through it, but in fact, by sensations, I broke through it only at the very end, when just a circle began to appear and expand from the darkness in my eyes. And so, perhaps, but it seems internally that this is exactly the broken armor. It seems to me that for the very beginning, for the first meditation, this is exactly what is needed. To break through this armor of distrust, misunderstanding of what will happen. And this feeling, it's cool, definitely. And what else is interesting? It's when you open your eyes and realize how beautiful the world is. I don't know how to convey this, but someone goes to dark retreats and sits there in the dark for three days, and then comes out of this retreat and is like, God, the blade of grass is so wonderful, everything is so detailed, nature has thought it out so well. And here... A quick effect. Yes, this immersion inside was enough, and this exit is no worse, maybe even better, that you don't spend those three days. Because it's true, when you open your eyes and you're like WOW! It's very cool that you fit into some kind of your own rhythm. In fact, you don't notice at first how you beat the drum, trying to catch some rhythm, but when you let it go, every movement becomes special. Well, if you even listen to yourself and hear how you beat, you understand - that was exactly the moment when I was trying to reach myself. I let go, it became easier. Very interesting feeling. Very cool! Thank you very much!"
